Kenyan content creator Milly WaJesus has taken to TikTok to share a heartfelt message of support for 13-year-old Sky Victor. The young girl, daughter of controversial preacher Prophet Victor Kanyari, has recently found herself at the centre of a public family dispute.
The situation involves Sky’s biological father, Kanyari, and Hiram ‘Tash’ Gitau, the man often associated with her upbringing in recent years. Viral videos have highlighted tensions between the two father figures, sparking intense debate across social media platforms.
Choosing Public Encouragement
Milly WaJesus explained that while she could have reached out privately, she chose a public platform for a specific reason.
"I feel the need to leave a mark of healing, of encouragement on these streets," she stated in her video.
She noted the overwhelming amount of commentary surrounding the family. "I've seen so many videos about your story and people have an opinion, especially about the adults," Milly observed.

Standing Tall at Thirteen
Despite the complex behind the scenes dynamics, Milly expressed deep admiration for Sky’s composure. At just 13 years old, Sky has appeared in videos defending herself and those she cares for.
"At 13 years old, you stand in front of millions to defend yourself, to defend the people you love," Milly said. She praised the teenager for choosing to speak love and not hate despite the digital noise surrounding her family.
A Mother’s Legacy
A significant portion of the message touched on the influence of Sky’s mother. Milly suggested that Sky’s current strength is a reflection of her upbringing.
"I know your mom is looking down and she's smiling," Milly told the youngster. She added, "She's so proud because she's always wanted you to be courageous, to be confident, and that's exactly what you're doing."
Milly encouraged Sky to hold onto that internal voice. "I'm praying that her voice is going to be louder than the voice of people online because it can be extremely toxic," she remarked.
A Plea for Online Mindfulness
The influencer also addressed the wider public, urging social media users to consider the impact of their words on the children involved. She questioned the necessity of harsh public opinions during a sensitive time for the family.
"Is what you're going to say going to make their burden heavier or lighter?" she asked her followers. "Can we just be a little bit mindful? Especially because of the kids.".
Looking Toward the Future
Milly concluded by reminding Sky that this difficult period does not define her future. She expressed her hope that the teenager would eventually see this season as a foundation for growth rather than a breaking point.
