Content creator Kafengo recently paused a planned road trip through Naivasha to pay a sombre visit to the final resting place of his best friend, Mr Kk Mwenyewe.
The visit, shared with his followers online, highlighted the ongoing grief felt by the creator nearly a year after the loss.
Mr Kk Mwenyewe passed away in July 2025. He had been receiving treatment at a hospital in Kiambu before his death. Since then, his friends and fans have continued to honour his memory through various social media tributes.

"I Was Unable to Continue"
Kafengo expressed the weight of the moment in a poignant message dedicated to his late friend. He noted that the visit became the endpoint of his day’s travels. The emotional impact of the pilgrimage made it impossible for him to carry on with his itinerary.

The creator shared that he would carry the memory of his friend with him forever. He described the pain of the loss as enduring, stating that Mr Kk Mwenyewe is gone but never forgotten.

In his message, Kafengo used the phrase "Bado nasukuma bro." This is a Swahili expression indicating that he is still working hard and pushing forward in life despite the tragedy. He promised to continue resting in peace while he carries on his friend's memory.
