Kenyan rapper Toxic Lyrikali has sparked debate online after hinting that he may stop performing at institutions following a chaotic incident during a recent appearance at Kenyatta University.

According to clips circulating online, Toxic Lyrikali was entertaining students when one male fan suddenly moved towards him and appeared to swing at him during the performance.
People standing near the rapper quickly intervened as the situation briefly caused confusion on stage. Although the rapper did not appear physically harmed, the incident visibly frustrated him.
Shortly afterwards, Toxic Lyrikali shared emotional posts online suggesting he was reconsidering future appearances in learning institutions.
