Kenyan musician Arrow Bwoy has spoken publicly for the first time following the announcement that he and longtime partner Nadia Mukami have ended their relationship.

The singer addressed the issue during an interview with Milele FM presenter Ankali Ray, hours after Nadia shared an emotional statement confirming the breakup.

The separation comes only months after the couple welcomed their second child together, ending a relationship that had long been viewed by fans as one of Kenya’s most admired celebrity unions.

Arrow Bwoy avoids confirming the breakup directly.

During the interview, Arrow Bwoy appeared to downplay the situation at first, joking that he had not yet seen Nadia’s statement because he had been busy.

“I have not seen any separation, but let me confirm things, then I will get back to you. You know I have been very busy. I am not yet aware of what she has said.”

The singer neither fully confirmed nor denied the breakup, instead responding with humour while avoiding detailed comments about the state of their relationship.

At one point, he joked that he had not even spent the previous night at home, leaving fans online speculating about the meaning behind his remarks.

Despite the light-hearted tone, Arrow Bwoy stressed that the welfare of their children remains the priority.

“They deserve peace, stability, and unconditional love from both parents.”

In her public statement, Nadia revealed that the couple had struggled privately for nearly one and a half years while trying to keep their family together.
