Pastor Victor Kanyari has once again become the centre of online conversation after a dramatic and humorous church moment involving TikToker Marion Naipei went viral across social media platforms.

During a church service that has since circulated widely on TikTok and Facebook, congregants jokingly confronted Naipei over the controversies constantly surrounding her and the preacher.
In one of the loudest moments from the service, a congregant hilariously warned her:
“Utasababisha hata kiti ya Kasarani sitapata kwa sababu yako.”

In the now-viral video, church members could be heard teasing Naipei as Kanyari appeared amused by the unfolding exchange.
Some congregants jokingly suggested that the TikToker’s controversies and viral confessions could damage the preacher’s public image ahead of his political journey.
Several worshippers burst into laughter as others continued making sarcastic remarks directed at Naipei.

Kanyari’s Kasarani MP Ambitions
The viral church exchange comes at a time when Pastor Kanyari has officially declared interest in the Kasarani Member of Parliament seat ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Since making the announcement, the preacher has intensified grassroots engagements across the constituency in an effort to connect with residents directly.
Kanyari has repeatedly insisted that leadership requires physical presence among ordinary wananchi rather than relying only on speeches and publicity.
“No shortcuts to leadership — lazima uvae viatu, uingie ground, usalimie watu na usikie shida zao live!” Kanyari recently said while interacting with residents in Kasarani.
