Kenyan influencer Diana Kemunto aka Shes Kemunto turned heads at King Kaka’s recent "Coliseum" event, not just for her stunning "Colors by D" attire, but for the sparkling new accessory on her finger.

In a candid interview with SPM Buzz, the social media personality confirmed she is officially off the market, revealing a whirlwind romance that resulted in a surprise engagement just days after a chance encounter in her DMs.

From DMs to a Proposal in 72 Hours

The most shocking detail of Kemunto’s announcement was the speed of the relationship. While many take months or years to reach the engagement stage, Kemunto shared that life "moves fast".

She revealed that she had only recently begun checking her direct messages (DMs) and that her fiancé proposed a mere 72 hours after they first started talking.

"That’s how fast life moves; you have to move with it," she told the interviewers. When questioned about the rapid pace, she admitted she had specifically told her suitor she wanted an "expensive ring," and he delivered.

Keeping the Mystery Man Private

Unlike her previous relationships, Kemunto is determined to keep this chapter of her life away from the prying eyes of social media.

She admitted that her past choice to be open about her love life was a "mistake" she does not intend to repeat.

She did, however, offer a few tantalising details about her husband-to-be. According to the influencer, her fiancé is not a public figure, does not live in Kenya, and is not African.

She further hinted that he is white, noting that after her past experiences, she decided to "try white" and "shoot back" when he reached out.

Healing and High Standards

The engagement comes at a time of significant transition for Kemunto after her recent much publicised split from musician Iyanii. She opened up about her recent past, stating she has only truly "loved twice" in her life—the father of her child and her most recent ex-partner.

She described her previous breakup as "hurting so much" but declared that she is now "healed" and has established firm boundaries.

Moving forward, Kemunto says she knows exactly what she wants in a partner. Her "ideal man" is someone who:
Knows how to treat her without being taught.
Shows respect.
Prioritises communication.

A Message to Her Fiancé

While she remains tight-lipped about his identity, Kemunto didn't shy away from expressing her affection. Looking directly into the camera, she shared a heartwarming message for her fiancé: "Baby, I love you so much, and I know you love me too".

Despite the "crazy" speed of the engagement, Kemunto appears confident in her choice, encouraging other women to "go for it" and not wait for opportunities to come to them. As she prepares for her "big day," she seems ready to trade the drama of public relationships for a private, international life of "opulence".
