Muslim faithful across Kenya have gathered in mosques and open grounds to mark the end of the holy month of Ramadan with vibrant Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations.

Following the crescent moon sighting, thousands embraced the day with prayers, new attire and charity, celebrating a time of spiritual renewal and communal harmony.

From Nairobi to the coastal region, families are gathering for special prayers and festive meals, signaling the conclusion of month-long dawn-to-sunset fasting.

In Mombasa, Kenyans also marked Eid by holding prayers at Tononoka grounds.
