President William Ruto on Sunday attended a thanksgiving ceremony for Health Principal Secretary Ouma Oluga in Rarieda, Siaya County.
The eventbrought together leaders, residents and supporters to celebrate Oluga’s journey in public service and his recent appointment in government.

In a message shared during the occasion, Oluga expressed gratitude for what he described as a challenging yet fulfilling journey guided by faith.

“Today, my heart is full as I celebrate #PsOlugaThanksgiving — a journey that, by God’s grace, has been both challenging and deeply fulfilling,” he said.
