She is to face a second count of selling unregistered drugs contrary to the regulations of the Pharmacy and Poisons board. The prosecution asked the court to issue arrest warrant after Njeri's no-show on Thursday.

"The accused persons have no reason to be absent in court today. A warrant of arrest is issued against the accused persons," the magistrate said.
