The state corporations, under the Ministry of Roads and Transport, are inviting qualified candidates to apply for positions critical to the development, management, and maintenance of national and urban roads.

KERRA has revised the submission dates for positions in Grades 1, 2 and 3, initially due on January 13, 2026. The new deadline is January 20, 2026 by 5pm.

The affected positions include Director General, Director Internal Audit, Deputy Director – Roads, Deputy Director – Enterprise Risk Management and Deputy Director – Planning.

Other positions are Deputy Director – Legal Affairs, Deputy Director – Survey, Deputy Director – Supply Chain Management, Deputy Director – Research & Innovation and Deputy Director – Administration.

For Grades 4 to 12, the submission date has also been extended to January 20, 2026 by 5pm.

Positions include Assistant Directors in Roads (5 vacancies), Planning (1), QA & Compliance (1), Social Safeguards (1), Legal Affairs (1), Finance and Accounts (4), Administration (1), Internal Audit (1), Public Affairs & Communication (1) and Human Resource Management & Development (1).

Principal positions, including Legal Officer (1), Engineer (25), ICT Officer (Network & Infrastructure, 1), ICT Officer (Database & Applications, 1), Public Affairs & Communication (1), Human Resource Management & Development (1), Administration Officer (1) and Supply Chain Management Officer (10).

Senior positions, including Planning Officer (3), Engineer (23), Legal Officer (1), Knowledge Management Officer (1), Accountant (5), Internal Auditor (3), Human Resource Management & Development Officer (2), Environmentalist (1), Supply Chain Management Assistant (23), Office Administrator (7) and Customer Care Assistant (1).

Other positions, including Surveyor II/I (11), Assistant ICT Officer III/II (3), Assistant Records & Information Management Officer III/II (1), Engineering Technician I (30), Driver III/II (30), Legal Clerk III/II (1) and Accountant II/I (26).

Applicants must submit a completed application form, which is available on the KERRA website (www.kerra.go.ke), along with certified copies of academic and professional certificates, CV, National ID and testimonials.

The authority emphasised that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and warned applicants to avoid intermediaries, as KERRA does not charge any fees for applications, shortlisting or interviews.

KeNHA has opened applications for the position of Assistant Director, Human Resource Management (HRM).

Interested applicants are required to download and complete the KeNHA job application form, available on the Authority’s website at www.kenha.co.ke.

The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has announced the recruitment of professionals to fill several positions on a three-year contract basis.

The Authority is seeking dynamic, innovative and experienced individuals for the advertised positions.

They include Director Engineering, Engineering II, Assistant Inspector Roads III, Finance & Accounts Officer II, Assistant Office Administrator III and Driver III.

Candidates interested in applying are required to download the mandatory KURA Job Application Form from the Authority’s website www.kura.go.ke/careers.

Applicants must complete all required fields, sign and date the form, and attach certified copies of certificates, transcripts, testimonials, and a detailed CV.
