President William Ruto during an event on January 4, 2026/PCSA recent Infotrak survey released on Thursday shows President William Ruto leading voter preference in Mulembe Nation ahead of the 2027 presidential election.
The poll indicates that 25 percent of respondents in the region support Ruto, followed by former Interior CS Fred Matiang’i with 15 percent and Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya at 13 percent.
Wiper Patriotic Front Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka received eight percent of the support, with Embakasi East MP Babu Owino getting three percent.
Other aspirants including Homa Bay Governor Gladys Wanga, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and former Chief Justice David Maraga recorded two percent, while PLP leader Martha Karua attracted 0.5 percent of respondents’ backing.
The survey further showed that five percent of respondents preferred not to disclose their choice, while 25 percent remained undecided.
