Make delicious sweet rice in just a few steps!

Start by boiling 2 cups of water with 1 cup of long-grain white rice and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter.

Simmer until tender and the water is absorbed. In a bowl, whisk 2 cups of whole milk, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 large egg, 1 tablespoon flour, and 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract.

Pour this into the rice and stir. Simmer on low while stirring.

Finally, add 1 cup milk, 2/3 cup heavy cream, raisins, and ½ teaspoon cinnamon. Let it cool slightly and serve.
