The exclusive event drew in media personalities, influencers, content creators, and die-hard Captain Morgan fans for a vibrant fusion of food, rum, and entertainment.

At the heart of the experience was award-winning artist and Captain Morgan ambassador Mejja, who set the tone with his infectious energy and unmistakable vibe, keeping guests engaged from start to finish.

The day kicked off with an interactive rum masterclass that took guests on a journey through the heritage, flavour profiles, and mixability of Captain Morgan Gold, alongside the daring new Captain Morgan Muckpit.

The session offered a deeper appreciation of the brand’s signature spice while setting the mood for what was to come.

From there, the experience shifted seamlessly into a collaborative culinary showcase led by Holiday Inn Nairobi Two Rivers’ Chef Robert Aluda.

Specially curated for the occasion, the rum-infused menu reimagined Kenyan favourites with a bold twist — from spicy mutura and rich braised beef mains to Muckpit-inspired bites. The dishes demonstrated how rum can elevate local cuisine in surprising and sophisticated ways.
