Kenyan entrepreneur and socialite Huddah Monroe has revealed that she is looking to hire a personal chef, saying her increasingly demanding lifestyle leaves her with little time for domestic tasks.
The businesswoman, who has built a successful career through her cosmetics brand, explained that even making a simple drink has become a challenge due to her packed schedule and growing focus on family.
A Shift from Glamour to Family and Simplicity
Through her Instagram stories, Huddah shared that she now values spending time with her family more than ever.
“I need a chef! Even making juice is a task. My time costs money,” she wrote, adding that as she gets older, she prefers to spend her time with loved ones rather than juggling household chores.

”I don’t want friends, just family,” she said, noting that family bonds remain at the core of her identity.
She further reflected on her childhood and the importance of family gatherings, writing ,“Our family gatherings were like political rallies — interaction and introductions that never ended — until I got busy and could not attend anymore. Family over everything.”
The post marks a noticeable shift in Huddah’s priorities. Once known for her glamorous public image and jet-setting lifestyle, she now appears to be embracing a more grounded routine centered around family and wellness.
From Reality Star to Business Mogul
Huddah first rose to fame in 2013 after appearing on Big Brother Africa, where her bold personality and confidence made her one of Kenya’s most talked-about contestants.
