Kenyan comedian and content creator Sammy Kioko, has asked fans to keep him in their prayers as he continues to seek justice over alleged unpaid dues from the Machakos County government.
Taking to Instagram, the comedian shared a cryptic yet emotional post that hinted at ongoing frustrations, writing:
"Justice might delay but it never hides, The truth is louder than politics.! Remember us in your prayers."
The post comes just days after Kioko publicly called out the Machakos County Government for allegedly failing to pay him for work done. In a heartfelt message, he expressed disappointment over the delay in payments, revealing that the money was crucial for a family medical emergency.
"When you stay silent in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor! No one is asking for charity — it’s money for work done. That was her first surgery. We have been doing regular hospital checkups only waiting and hoping we will be paid, at least to finance her second surgery which is due," he wrote.
