Emotional Trauma and the Healing Journey

The musician also opened up about the emotional toll caused by a recent personal matter. She revealed that the discovery of "ugly stuff" and "the truth" led to a period of intense distress, necessitating professional help.

"The trauma I went through after finding out the truth and some ugly stuff left me shaking," she shared.

Akothee noted that her emotional instability was so severe that she would break down during simple interviews, which she initially could not explain. Through therapy, she realized she was experiencing emotional abuse.

Finding Solace in Golf and Privacy

Her current "healing era" has seen her commit to therapy and embrace a more private and calmer lifestyle, which includes taking up golf.
