For many Kenyans, Bandari Beauty has become more than a skincare brand— it’s a trusted companion on the journey to healthier, radiant skin.
This past weekend, the brand took a bold step forward by opening a brand-new outlet at Sarit, Westlands, a move that cements its position as a trailblazer in the country’s beauty and wellness space.
The Sarit launch wasn’t just about cutting a ribbon; it was a celebration of resilience, growth, and the loyal community that has walked with Bandari Beauty since its humble beginnings.
Founded in 2018 by Maureen Bandari, the brand started as a small online store offering subscription boxes before blossoming into one of Kenya’s most recognized names in skincare.

Over the years, BandariBeauty has achieved several milestones, including the opening of its first physical store, a narrowing of its focus to exclusively skincare, the launch of the Bandari Beauty SKN line, and, in 2024, the unveiling of a sister brand—Luna Medical Spa, specializing in advanced dermatological care and aesthetics.
Today, the company serves a thriving community of more than 40,000 clients nationwide. At the new Sarit outlet, customers can look forward to a premium, holistic experience.
The store offers professional skin consultations, advanced skin analysis, expert dermatology guidance, and access to a curated selection of high-performance skincare products tailored to individual needs.
True to Bandari Beauty’s philosophy, the space blends scientific expertise with personalized service, ensuring every client feels both informed and empowered.
Speaking at the launch, Maureen Bandari, Founder & CEO, reflected on the journey:
“This opening at Sarit is a deeply personal milestone for me and for everyone who has walked this journey with us. When I founded Bandari Beauty seven years ago, I had one clear vision: to close the gap I had observed between makeup and healthy skin, and to create solutions that would empower people to confidently embrace their natural beauty. From those first subscription boxes and late nights of figuring it all out, to launching our skincare line and building a medical spa, the road has not always been easy, but it has been worth it. Standing at Sarit today, I see not just a store, but a symbol of resilience, innovation, and the incredible support of our customers who believed in us from the very beginning. This outlet is for them; a place where they can experience personalized skincare in its truest form.”

In just seven years, Bandari Beauty has become a thought leader in the region’s skincare industry.
Maureen Bandari herself has earned notable recognitions, including being named in the 2025 Business Daily’s Women’s Top 40 Under 40, winning Pulse Awards 2023 Business Influencer of the Year, and clinching the Consumer Choice Awards 2024.
With the Sarit opening, Bandari Beauty isn’t just expanding its footprint—it’s reaffirming its mission: to educate, empower, and innovate in ways that redefine beauty for Kenya and beyond.
