Kenyan TikTok star Pritty Vishy has opened up about the unexpected and painful side effects she has been experiencing after her Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.
In a candid post on social media, she revealed that her stomach has been getting "hard and painful" due to complications from the procedure.
The content creator, known for her bold personality, shared the health scare to inform her followers about the reality of cosmetic surgery.
She explained that the pain is a result of fibrosis, a condition where scar tissue builds up beneath the skin.

" My tummy swells and hardens nisipo Vaa the faja now that's why the compressor is very important and I'm supposed to be in it 24/7,” she revealed.
The condition can make the stomach feel firm or woody to the touch. It is a complication that can occur after liposuction, which is a key part of the BBL procedure.
“Ooooh we exactly two weeks tomorrow, can't wait to be 3 months and go back to the gym...can't wait for the wound to heal so I can stop going to the surgeon every week and wear bikini,” she added.
The Complications of BBL Surgery
A BBL is a cosmetic procedure that involves transferring fat from other parts of the body—such as the abdomen, thighs, or back—to the buttocks to create a fuller, more rounded shape. While it's a popular choice for many, it also carries a number of risks and potential complications.
One of the most significant risks is a fat embolism, which can happen if fat is injected into the gluteal muscle and enters the bloodstream.
In extremely rare cases, this can be life-threatening. Other common side effects include infection, fluid buildup (seroma), nerve damage, and fat necrosis, where transferred fat cells die and can form painful lumps.
"The body naturally forms internal scar tissue during healing, which can create a tight or stiff sensation under the skin," according to one medical source.
This firmness is often a normal part of the recovery process, but persistent hardness may indicate a need for a medical review.

“I'm only 8 weeks old, and whenever I don't wear my compression garment my tummy swells and hardens....I don't like how using common sense is hard for some of you to use. Plus I still have a tummy bandage... on the scar(nilidevelop wound) which is normal....i'm not fully healed nivile I can't just nurse myself for long....banae ndalala njaa,” she added.
The Ozempic Journey
Before her BBL procedure, Pritty Vishy had also openly discussed using Ozempic, a drug primarily for type 2 diabetes that is also used for weight loss.
She documented her experience with the medication on her YouTube channel.
