President William Ruto on Sunday joined thousands of fans at Kasarani to watch the national team Harambee Stars play against Zambia.
Ruto was accompanied by other leaders, including former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
Ruto could not hold back his joy when the team scored the first goal against Zambia.
The goal was scored by Ryan Ogam during the 75th minute.
Ruto has congratulated the Harambee Stars after their
victory against Zambia in the African Nations Championship (CHAN),
describing the win as a moment of national pride.

“Congratulations, Harambee Stars! You have done the nation proud, inspired immense joy, and united our country in celebration," Ruto said.
Ruto said the victory was more than just a football result, emphasising its unifying effect on the country.
