Veteran Nigerian singer Innocent Idibia, widely known as 2Baba, has officially tied the knot with politician and Edo lawmaker Honourable Natasha Osawaru in a quiet traditional wedding.

The private event, attended by close family members and select friends, was marked by understated elegance, with images from the ceremony quietly surfacing on social media.

2Baba was seen in a pristine white traditional outfit accented with detailed grey embroidery. He paired it with a neatly tied wrapper that gave a subtle nod to Northern-inspired styling.

His regal accessories, layers of coral beads adorning his neck and wrists, and a coral-topped staff, added a royal flair to his look.

The ensemble was completed with stylish white footwear and sunglasses that added a modern edge to the traditional attire.

His bride, Honourable Natasha, embraced her Edo heritage in a striking red off-shoulder gown, complemented by an elaborate coral bead okuku headpiece,  a traditional symbol of Edo royalty.

Her look was elevated by cascading layers of coral beads that adorned her neck, arms, and wrists, embodying cultural splendor and elegance.

The ceremony follows months of public speculation about the couple’s relationship, which was confirmed earlier this year after 2Baba announced his separation from actress Annie Macaulay Idibia in January.

The music icon later emphasized that his relationship with Natasha did not cause the split, clarifying that the two situations were entirely unrelated.

2Baba proposed to Natasha in February, and the couple’s relationship appeared to gain full familial support after she visited the singer’s mother, a meeting that reportedly helped ease earlier reservations.
