During the live stream, Samidoh and Edday appeared happy and engaged with their fans.

At one point, while Edday and Samidoh's cousin, Bernice Saroni, were chatting with TikTok users, Samidoh stepped in and kissed his wife.

The moment was clearly captured on camera, leading to an outpouring of love emojis and requests from TikTokers for the couple to kiss again. Bernice playfully encouraged viewers to send gifts if they wanted another kiss.

It was this public display of affection that prompted a fan, identified as Laura Chebet, to directly question Karen Nyamu. "Senator did you see Samidoh kiss?" the fan questioned.

Karen, not one to back down, quickly responded: "Then when he kisses me on Friday you’ll start drama."

Karen Nyamu Confirms Breakup With Samidoh And Reveals Why She Fired Him

Earlier this year, Karen Nyamu had confirmed that her relationship with Samidoh had come to an end. For months, rumours of their quiet breakup had circulated, but neither had publicly addressed the matter until then.

In a previous video, Nyamu was even seen jokingly telling MP Kururia that Samidoh had been "fired" from his role as her partner.

Nyamu's Past Stance on Polygamy

In the past, Nyamu had openly supported polygamy, arguing that some men, like Samidoh, have "too much energy for one woman."

"I support polygamy because some men, like Samidoh, have too much energy for just one woman. Why would you want to keep such a strong man all to yourself? Some men are meant to be shared—just accept it," she had stated.

However, Karen had previously faced significant backlash for allegedly "stealing" Samidoh from his first wife, Edday Nderitu.

This controversial relationship caused considerable strain in Samidoh’s marriage, eventually leading Edday to relocate to the US with their children.
