The County Assembly of Isiolo and Jamii Deposit Taking Sacco (Jamii DT Sacco) have advertised several job vacancies for qualified candidates to apply for.
The advertisement was published on Tuesday, July 22, in the Daily Nation.
In the notice, the Isiolo County Assembly Service Board invited applications for nine key positions, including First Clerk Assistant (CASB 9), Senior Clerk Assistant (CASB 8), Serjeant-at-Arms I, Senior Hansard Reporter, ICT Officer I and Chief Accountant (CASB 7).
Others include Chief Clerk Assistant, Director Legistative, Procedural and Committee Services, Serjeant-at-Arms II (CASB 9) and Serjeant-at-Arms II (CASB 8).
“The Isiolo County Assembly Service Board invites
applications from qualified and experienced individuals,” the Board stated.
“We are committed to equal opportunity and encourage women, persons with disabilities and current staff to apply.”
Each position comes with specified qualifications and professional experience requirements.
Applicants for the Chief Accountant position must have served as an Accountant for at least three years, hold a bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field and have completed Part III of the CPA examinations.
Similarly, candidates applying for the Serjeant-at-Arms role must have served in disciplined forces for not less than five years and hold certificates in fire-fighting and paramilitary training.
Applications must be submitted online via [email protected] or delivered to the Clerk’s Office by Thursday, July 30, 2025, at 5:00 p.m..
Applicants are required to attach copies of academic and professional certificates, ID/passport, CV and valid clearance certificates from Kenya Revenue Authority, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Criminal Investigation Department, Higher Education Loans Board and Credit Reference Bureau.
The board warned that canvassing will lead to disqualification.
Meanwhile, Jamii DT Sacco has opened recruitment for seven positions, including Manager Internal Audit & Risk, Principal Officer Customer Relations, Principal Officer Sales & Marketing, Senior Data Officer, Senior System Audit Officer, FOSA Officer II and Sales Representative.
The Sacco emphasised its commitment to professionalism and customer-focused service delivery.
“We seek individuals who will drive our strategic vision while maintaining the integrity of our operations,” Jamii Sacco stated.
Interested candidates should submit their applications via careers.jamiisacco.com by Monday, August 4, 2025, at noon.

Shortlisted candidates will be required to present original clearance certificates from relevant agencies during interviews.
These certificates include a Police Clearance Certificate, Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority, self-declaration from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and a certificate from Criminal Investigation Department.
The Sacco also warned that any form of canvassing will result in automatic disqualification.
