Popular TikTok relationship coach Lydia Wanjiru is facing one of the most difficult moments of her life after her partner, Frank Doso, was seriously injured in a freak accident in Kisumu.

The tragic incident occurred early on Monday, July 14, after a night out.

According to preliminary reports, Frank Doso accidentally fell from the fourth floor of a building and suffered multiple injuries, including a dislocated and fractured pelvic bone.

He was quickly rushed to Avenue Hospital in Kisumu, where he was immediately taken into surgery.

According to Wanjiru, doctors hit a major roadblock in their efforts to do a procedure on him, a shortage of blood.

Wanjiru took to social media to make a desperate appeal to the public, calling upon anyone with blood type O+ to help save her partner’s life.

"If you are blood group O+, please help us. Come to Avenue Hospital in Kisumu," she pleaded.

She continued, "Frank needs an urgent surgery. Unfortunately, he can’t be operated on without the required amount of blood, specifically his group O+. Please, if you are in Kisumu and can donate, come to Avenue Hospital. I am willing to pay anyone who shows up."

After a helpless and desperate plea for blood, she had also inquired whether she could purchase blood for her partner.

"Or who knows where blood is legally sold in Kisumu? We are helpless."

She shared a touching photo when her partner was getting wheeled to theatre and she kissed him on his forehead.

She thanked Kenyans who showed up to assist with blood donations, remarking at the power of social media.

She wrote, "The power of social media. Thank you all who have come and still coming, Frank is in theatre now. We pray for healing and recovery."

His fall comes shortly after he and Wanjiru reconciled, following her public accusations of him allegedly cheating on her in the previous months.

Lydia recounted how she discovered Frank’s alleged betrayal, which included flirty messages with several women and an alleged affair with another influencer.

The revelation left her devastated and humiliated. As a result, she chose to step back from the relationship and focus on healing. But during their time apart, she admitted to forming a connection with someone new.

In a surprisingly lighthearted tone, she revealed that she, too, had taken her 'revenge' during their period apart.

“I am at peace, but I also revenged,” she said with a laugh as she revealed to fellow content creato Terrence Creative and his wife.
