Some unreleased music by Beyoncé was stolen in Atlanta just days before her big four-night stop for the Cowboy Carter tour, police have confirmed.
According to a police report, hard drives with the unreleased songs, show plans, and set lists for both past and future performances were taken from a rental car. The vehicle was being used by Beyoncé’s choreographer Christopher Grant and one of her dancers, Diandre Blue.
The incident happened just two days before Beyoncé’s first Atlanta performance, which made it even more concerning.

The police report says that Christopher and Diandre had parked their black Jeep Wagoneer near a local food hall.
They went inside for a short time, but when they came back, the car’s back window was smashed, and two suitcases were gone.
Inside those suitcases were some very important and sensitive items related to Beyoncé’s tour. Police say the stolen items included, five USB flash drives with watermarked, unreleased music Plans and videos for shows, set lists for upcoming performances, a laptop, Apple Air Pods, and some designer clothes.
The stolen hard drives were particularly important because they had unreleased music that had not yet been shared with the public. This kind of content is very valuable, especially for a superstar like Beyoncé, who has millions of fans around the world.
Police said they were able to use tracking information from the laptop and AirPods to try and figure out where the stolen items were taken.
They also dusted the car for fingerprints and found two faint prints, which could help in the investigation.

Beyoncé started her Cowboy Carter tour in late April, performing songs from her Grammy-winning album in major stadiums across the United States and Europe. She is expected to wrap up the tour with two final shows in Las Vegas at the end of July.
This incident has raised concerns about security during major tours and the risks of carrying sensitive materials. Fans are hopeful the lost music and other items will be recovered soon.
