The National Construction Authority has announced 17 vacancies, offering Kenyans an opportunity to join the regulatory body in senior and managerial positions across five distinct roles.

The National Construction Authority (NCA) is a regulatory state corporation mandated to oversee the construction industry and coordinate its development in Kenya.

The authority is seeking to hire across both contract and permanent terms, with clear requirements and a firm application deadline.

There are two openings on contractual terms under job Grade NCA 2: General Manager, Compliance, Enforcement and Quality Assurance (Grade NCA 2), and General Manager, Human Resources & Administration.

For those seeking permanent positions, there is one post for Manager, Accreditation and Certification, 13 for Manager, Field Services, and one for Manager, National Construction Fund, all under job Grade NCA 3.

The deadline for submission is July 25, 2025, by 11.59 pm (23:59 hours).

Applicants must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.

This includes providing a certificate of Good Conduct from the Director of Criminal Investigation (DCI), a Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (Helb), a Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), clearance from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), a report from an approved Credit Reference Bureau, and clearance from the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).

The authority said only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
