The Kiuna family, together with the Jubilee Christian Church (JCC) community, recently held a heartfelt memorial service to mark one year since the passing of Bishop Allan Kiuna, the beloved founder of JCC.
The service was a deeply moving celebration of his impactful life, transformative ministry, and enduring legacy that continues to resonate with thousands.
Rev. Kathy Kiuna, his widow and steadfast ministry partner, took to Instagram to share an emotional tribute that captured both the profound depth of her ongoing grief and her unwavering faith in the face of loss.
“My best friend, no goodbye will ever truly express what my heart still feels,” she wrote, her words laden with a year's worth of sorrow and love.
“But God, as you always said till your last day—HE IS FAITHFUL. He has been faithful. It has been a year already, yet it feels like yesterday. Forever in my mind. Forever in our hearts. We miss you badly, but God does all things well.” Her message was a powerful testament to her personal journey of faith and resilience through mourning.

Acknowledging a Spiritual Mentor's Profound Influence
In a separate, equally poignant post, Rev. Kathy paid a special tribute to their cherished spiritual mentor, Rev. Teresia Wairimu, acknowledging the profound and foundational role she played in shaping the life and ministry of her late husband.
“Everything that my husband became was because of sitting and submitting under the covering and leadership of our spiritual authority, Rev. Teresia Wairimu, from the age of 19,” Rev. Kathy revealed, shedding light on the early influences that shaped Bishop Allan's path.
She expressed immense gratitude: “I am so grateful for all that you have done for me, my family, and JCC Worldwide even now. I am forever indebted to your labour of love, guidance, and compassion.”
Rev. Teresia Wairimu is known as the director and founder of Faith Evangelistic Ministries.
