Reverend Kathy Kiuna left many Kenyans emotional after sharing a heartfelt Father’s Day tribute to her late husband, Bishop Allan Kiuna.
Posting on social media, she celebrated his legacy with a touching video of the two dancing together, sparking an outpouring of love and support from followers.
“Happy heavenly Father’s Day to an amazing father. You selflessly raised us all. I keep telling God to increase your crown—I hope He can. I can’t stop thanking Him for giving you to us. Keep dancing, my love,” she wrote.
The video, a joyous throwback showing the couple dancing and enjoying each other's company, quickly captured the hearts of fans.
Many described it as a beautiful reminder of true love and a life well lived. Bishop Kiuna passed away on 9th July 2024, following a six-year battle with cancer, and this Father’s Day marked the first without him.
Many flocked to the comments section to join Kathy in honouring the memory of the beloved bishop.
One user, @mayaprud, wrote simply, “Happy Heavenly Father’s Day Bishop,” while another, @ruthmuenikenya, added, “This is indeed true love. Happy Father’s Day dad in heaven—we miss you.”
Others commented on the song playing in the background of the video. @bulelwa.okoh wrote, “Uthando olungaka… such a great love—so befitting for such a beautiful love story.”
Many followers admitted to watching the video repeatedly. “I’ve watched this ten times,” said @florence.mithika.
Another commenter, @asavaemily, shared, “This is my favourite video of you two—I have it saved in my gallery.”
The post also resonated deeply with those who never met Bishop Kiuna in person but were touched by his ministry.
“For some of us virtual members who never met him but got to know him through the KFT Anniversary… what an honour it was,” said @melissa.kingdom.citizen. “He made us fall in love with the Word.”
Messages of support and admiration continued to pour in. One user reflected, “He knew he wouldn’t be here, so this was his last happy Father’s Day gift to us all,” while another, @angie.kamau, emotionally wrote, “Happy heavenly Father’s Day daddy. We know you’re having the most fun in the bosom of our Father… please ask Jesus for a special touch today for mum, the kids, and us all.”

Reverend Kathy’s tribute was met with gratitude, prayer, and remembrance, with fans assuring her of their continued support.
“Grace will carry you through,” wrote @waitakennedy. “He was such a vibe.” Another follower, @tonimwangi, shared: “He taught us well—modelled and lived it! What a mentor, father, and friend.”
From heartfelt emojis to tearful confessions, the overwhelming sentiment was one of deep appreciation for Bishop Kiuna’s life, ministry, and the love he shared so openly with his wife and congregation. As @justraye fittingly wrote, “Heaven won most.”
