Twitch streamer and rapper DDG and his ex-girlfriend Halle Bailey's custody case for their son has taken a new twist.
On June 4, lawyers for the 27-year-old rapper and Twitch streamer, Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr, commonly known as DDG, requested a temporary emergency order in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The filing, made as part of Halle Bailey's restraining order case against DDG that was initiated in May, asks the judge to prohibit the 25-year-old actress and singer from traveling to Italy with their 18-month-old son, Halo.
His team also asked for a continuance, or a postponement, of the domestic violence restraining order hearing that had been scheduled for June 4.
In a 44-page filing, DDG's lawyers leveled allegations that cast doubt on Bailey's fitness as a parent, calling her "an imminent emotional and psychological risk."
DDG’s lawyer, Larry Bakman, backed up his client. He reportedly said Halle Bailey isn’t trustworthy to care for Halo.

Surfaced documents show that DDG’s mother, Tonya Granberry, reportedly spoke about Halle Bailey’s behavior towards the streamer. Now, her comments are sparking more conversation about what's going on behind the scenes.
According to court documents, DDG submitted images showing that Halle Bailey allegedly used multiple hidden AirTags to track every move he makes.
In her declaration, Tonya identified four AirTags that were secretly placed in DDG’s car and home.
According to reports, the first AirTag was discovered in his Maybach. Furthermore, Tonya claims it was discovered after Halle reportedly showed up uninvited to the movie theater as DDG was with a female friend.

DDG has now filed for a restraining order against Halle Bailey. He alleged that Bailey has exhibited troubling behavior, including taking his gun during a domestic altercation and sending alarming messages threatening self-harm.
The streamer is now seeking sole legal and physical custody of Halo. He requested that a third party supervise any future custody exchanges.
In the previous month, Halle Bailey was granted a restraining order against DDG after claims that he had emotionally and physically abused her.
In the restraining order filed by the singer, she cited an incident where DDG allegedly slammed her face into a steering wheel, causing a chipped tooth.
“Throughout our relationship,” Halle Bailey said in documents requesting the order, “DDG has been and continues to be physically, verbally, emotionally, and financially abusive towards me. I am seeking orders to protect myself and our son Halo from his ongoing abuse.”
