Scheduled for the 18th of July 2025, this prestigious ceremony will take place at the grand Mövenpick Hotel in Westlands, offering a night of honor, reflection, and inspiration.
The Awards seek to amplify the value of effective leadership, transparency, and public trust by spotlighting leaders who have gone above and beyond their mandate to serve citizens and shape the country’s development agenda.

Nominations for the awards are open to the public, ensuring inclusivity and citizen participation in the recognition process. Once nominations are received, the Bobea Awards Secretariat will undertake a rigorous evaluation process to identify the top ten finalists in each category.
These finalists will be profiled through detailed visual and written content showcasing their work, milestones, and community impactTo promote transparency and encourage public ownership of the process, the final shortlisted candidates will be presented for public voting.
The public will have the opportunity to make their voices heard and help determine the winners in each category.
The final awardees will be announced and celebrated at Mövenpick Hotel Westlands in an evening that brings together policymakers, civil society, thought leaders, and the general public.
