Inadequate coverage of important issues and media bias follow closely at 15 per cent each, indicating a demand for more balanced and comprehensive reporting.

Gaming and gambling (14 per cent) and frequent adverts (12 per cent) are also notable concerns, suggesting distractions and commercialisation may undermine trust.

Less prominent but still significant are lack of diversity in coverage (9 per cent), strict government regulations (7 per cent), and perceived limits on freedom of expression (6 per cent).
