Former Machachari Actress Joy Ohon has shared little-known details about her acting career after being hosted on Obinna TV Show.
The talented actress, who was born on April 6th, 2003, has been a rising star in the Kenyan entertainment scene since her days on Machachari- a program that used to air on Citizen TV.
The interview addressed Joy's growth in the acting industry - from her early days in the industry to her now glamorous days on TV. She explained the experiences she faced and the occasions that boosted her career.
Joy highlighted her resilience and determination to succeed in the competitive acting industry.
She revealed that she used to lie to people that she was from Germany because many could not believe that she was Kenyan.
"It’s just lies, but it is also for fun,” she said.” I accepted Jesus as my lord and savior in 2021 because I needed to discover Christ for myself,” she added.

Throughout the show, Obinna and Joy engaged in an honest discussion about the rough realities of the entertainment world, touching on issues like having to be oneself, the pressures of living life under the microscope, and how the dynamics of the industry have changed.
Joy emphasized that she graduated last year, after studying business management. The episode received good reviews from viewers, being both inspiring and informative about the entertainment industry.

The real-time interaction also allowed fans to interact with Joy on a more personal level since she responded to questions and remarks from the crowd.
She later on jokingly reveals to Oga Obinna that she would like to have 10 children.
'I may want 10 kids,” she said.
Overall, the live show was successful as it was a demonstration of the strength of stories that are derived from the sharing of experiences with other people.
It reminded everyone that talent is not only everything when it comes to success, but also includes resilience, honesty, and the capacity to withstand adversity.
