Corruption-related cases in court this week

Four corruption-related cases are scheduled to be heard in court between May 12 and May 16, 2025, according to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP).

Stephen Kinuthia faces charges related to alleged procurement irregularities.

Harun Karisa is linked to a case involving similar allegations against Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) officials.

Jefferson Ndichu will appear in a case involving alleged abuse of office and theft.

Meanwhile, Daniel Otieno Oduol is charged with forging academic documents.
