Kenyan actors Sarah Hassan, Brenda Wairimu and Mike Makori starred on the last episode of 'Zari.' The three starred on the local drama series that got fans glued on the screen for months.
Reacting to the finale of their show, Mike Makori who played the role of said " Lwanda Were, what a complex character he was. Thank you for welcoming the whole Zari family to your screens for 401 episodes."
Brenda wrote: "I really cannot believe it, 400 episodes down…the last two air tonight, a double dose of the finale of our beautiful beloved show. How kind and supportive you have all been, I am so very thankful, you are the best support system a girl could have ever asked for. Thank you all, so so much."
Sarah Hassan added "Thank you so much for allowing us into your homes and hearts for the past one and a half years. We are truly grateful."

The drama series tells the story of a young woman whose rightful family and fortune are stolen from her by her duplicitous adopted family.
Born to a wealthy family, Nina is given away by her grandfather to be raised by his servant Bosco and his wife Fridah who swear to keep this secret. Years later, when the opportunity presents itself for Nina to claim her rightful place, Bosco and Fridah pass off their biological daughter Lola as Nina, denying Nina a chance to meet her real family and live the life she was meant to live.
Zari premiered on October 23rd last year, and starred Sarah Hassan, and Brenda Wairimu in the lead roles as Nina and Lola respectively, with Mike Makori, Angie Magio, Yasmin Said, Dennis Musyoka, Eravuna Wycliffe, Raymond Ofula and Ronald Ndubi.
