Comedienne and chess enthusiast Elsa Majimbo is advising women not to give up on the things they like to do, just for a man.

"No matter what you do, do not give up on your dreams, your job, your education for a man." she called on women on her tiktok account.

She titled the video 'Warning' with an emoji.

Majimbo echoed the same message on her Twitter account "You give up your dreams/ life for a man you will end up miserable with no life. It’s not an ‘if’ it’s a ‘when’.

She said that women who make such decisions end up regretting "I know it seems like a good idea cause you are in love and that's what you want, but a decade down the line, you are going to look back and say, 'wow, I made the biggest mistake of my life."

The content creator went on to explain how it plays out "You are going to look around and you have three kids that you never asked for because he wanted. You are going to have no friends, no career, no job. Like nothing. And this guy has built a career and a reputation."

She asked her fans to focus on themselves "The right man will meet you exactly where you are. The right man does not take from you, he pours to you. He doesn't need you to give up your life, he is there to support the life you currently have."

A few days ago, Majimbo asked women not to get pregnant blindly.

"Do not get pregnant. The responsibility and mental turmoil are not just about having cute babies or me being a feminist who doesn't want women to progress. Do not get pregnant."

Majimbo went on to reveal why she advised women not to get pregnant.

"A week ago, I got two dogs. I've always wanted a dog. I was with them for 80 hours and I took them back. Dogs, and you wanna have a child?"

"Unless you are married and stable, do not have kids." She clarified

Elsa Majimbo has created a trend on TikTok where she speaks about daily life as she moisturizes herself.

Her satirical monologues usually feature her eating potato chips, leaning back to a pillow and using a pair of tiny 1990's sunglasses as a prop. Majimbo gained recognition in early 2020 during the COVID-19 quarantine period by making home-based comedy videos.
