Zari Hassan and her husband Shakib Cham have re-united weeks after Shakib was accused of allegedly flirting with another woman.

Zari shared several videos hanging with her husband before flaunting flowers that he bought for her.

"For being a prayerful wife. Thanks Babe," She wrote.

Early this month, Shakib was seen in a video which surfaced on social media showing him being extra friendly with another woman.

In the clip, Shakib and the unidentified woman are seen sitting under a tree, holding hands, and laughing together in what appeared to be an intimate moment.

Following the video's circulation, Shakib initially dismissed it as an old clip. However, his wife, Zari Hassan, appeared to be caught off guard by the footage, responding with a cryptic yet telling message on social media:

"Men will leave you in the desert with no water. If I introduce another in-law to you, don’t be surprised."

Shortly after, Shakib took to social media to issue a public apology to his wife.

"Me and that person are not dating; I just know them. I want to apologize publicly because my mistake went public. It wasn’t my intention to disrespect my wife, my family, or my friends."

The tension started last year when Zari's baby daddy and ex-boyfriend Diamond Platnumz visited her. Shakib did not like it, but Zari took to social media call out her husband, explaining that Diamond Platnumz is the father of her kids and has the right to see his children at her home.

"My husband is very insecure, and that is causing a lot of problems. I have to explain everything. I had to go live just to prove a point."

She went on to issue a stern warning:

"If my guy doesn’t want to recognize who I am, I will definitely find someone who will. I am worth so much more."

Zari further expressed frustration over the way Shakib was handling their relationship:

"Go fix yourself, the problem is not with me. Go fix your insecurities, bro."

Despite defending Shakib in the past against critics who called him “broke” or “not good enough”, Zari made it clear she expected more from him.

"I chose him, and I don’t care what people say, but he better change and recognize who I am."

Zari married Shakib Lutaaya in a private ceremony in Pretoria, South Africa, on April 16, 2023, followed by a glamorous all-white wedding in South Africa on October 3, 2023. Zari asked for a Quran as Mahr which is a gift, or a promise of a gift tot he wife by a husband. The elegant outdoor garden event, featured in the latest season of Young, Famous & African, took place in the evening and was attended by close family, Zari’s children, and a few of their co-stars from the show.
