Energy CS Alex Wachira has launched two last-mile electricity connection projects in Tana River that are set to benefit 347 households.

The PS said the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum through the Rural Electrification and Renewable Energy Corporation and the Kenya Power Company will sign contracts with service providers next month for the implementation of the Kenya off-grid solar access program.
