Zuchu Unfollows Diamond After Threatening to Sue his Company

Tanzanian singer Zuchu has unfollowed her boyfriend and boss Diamond Platnumz on social media. 

This comes hours after she complained that his radio station, Wasafi FM, has been allegedly bullying and harassing her through their reporting. 

Zuchu said she was taking legal action against the media house.

The Naringa singer also unfollowed his media house social media channels and deleted the 'signed under WCB' on her social media bio

It looks like the legal threats have also affected their relationship as the two have been in an on and off relationship.

Even though Diamond Platnumz is yet to comment on the whole drama, Zuchu complained that the station's 'Mashamsham' show has been tainting her name adversely mentioning her in on air conversations, while avoiding mentioning Diamond Platnumz in the same topic.

She spoke out on her social media handles. questioning what she did to attract such unending attacks on her life.

She was responding to a video where Wasafi FM presenters were reacting to Zuchu's interview speaking about marriage to Diamond. She has spoken severally in public, especially in 2024, about wanting to be married, and even using their song to hint to him the same message.

She called it disrespectful and hurting to her mental well-being.

An angry Zuchu took to social media to protest the manner in which she is always the topic of conversation at the Radio Station.

"Let me announce that I don't need and It is not a must that Diamond marries me. Let it get to a place where you have other things to interview people about. He doesn't even need to be with me because I have never held a gun to his head, he has the liberty to go where he wants. I see you are discrediting my work," she told presenters at Wasafi.

Adding

"I see when Diamond has a woman, Y'all leave your work and start focusing on her in the whole organization (Wasafi Fm).If it is easy to be his woman, tell those you want him to date to go and date him."

She advised in the emotional note

"Then do this, tell him to leave me alone and see if I will follow him. I have boundaries."

Zuchu and Diamond Platnumz have been in an on and off relationship since they began dating in 2022.

Although they started off as a private relationship, they later shared it with fans through their shows and video snippets on social media in different times.
