A radio presenter working at the Diamond Platnumz' owned radio station; Wasafi FM has resigned after trading words with the singer's girlfriend and record label signee Zuchu.
The presenter by the name Juma Lokole shared his intentions to resign hours after Zuchu expressed frustration at always being adversely mentioned in his show 'Mashamsham'.
She said she was intending to sue the station for bullying and harassment.
In her message, Zuchu wrote.
"What is happening now on the Internet through the contents of your program Mashamsham has become a part of hurting and degrading me artistically and physically and mentally. But I say thank you and I have received it all. I have become an artist of an institution who is fast and struggling for my work despite the investments made by your company. I don't refuse it is a big and good thing to save a talented girl by investing in her but I ask is it fair to be used as a weapon too?" She questioned intentions.
She added "Or what did I do wrong to you to the extent of bullying and harassment? Fate your family, my bad ones, which one do they think is their right, even when they have a personal discussion, they don't care about my affairs and they make sure they don't spoil you but me."
She then shared her intention to sue Diamond Platnumz's media company.
"I have reached a stage today that I am writing a legal letter to my guardians because of the constant repression on me. It hurts a lot. I will go to court and maybe I won't be able to defeat your powerful institution but even if I fail there, I leave it to God, He is the final judge."
The Mwambieni hitmaker took issue with the attacks on her character, noting it has affected her mental well-being.
"Thank you, I am grateful for continuing to bully and harass me. I have asked a lot from you as a leader but most of the time my prayers hit a rock and contents are made that intentionally disrespect me and hurt me, and destroy my mental health."
"I am a girl and I know I am also a musician. I have never seen any media harassing me like the media of your institution has been doing. "
Hours later, the presenter Juma Lokole announced that he will be doing his last show
"My fans! I know you love me so much! I also love you so much! It is with deep sorrow that I announce that tomorrow will be the last day on the Mashamsham show. I will rest to get away from the many things that are happening so that there is peace. I will come to say goodbye to you my dear fans. Inshallah, lets meet tomorrow."
Zuchu has since unfollowed Diamond Platnumz on social media.
