Diana Marua, Bahati and Morgan Bahati

Award-winning YouTuber and content creator Diana Marua has shared bittersweet moments with her son Morgan Bahati as he returns to school.

Marua said that saying  goodbye to Morgan is one of the hardest things to do after the December holidays.

She also added that she is happy that she is proud that her son will soon be completing junior secondary this year.

“The hardest part is saying goodbye ? We never thought this day would come by so soon after spending the best holiday together.

“I can’t believe my son @morgan_bahati will be finishing junior secondary this year. God has been and still is Faithful ?,” Diana Marua shared.

“My Baby, as we do our part, go make us Proud. Keep us in your Prayers and May God keep us to see the fruits of your hard work ️,”.

Upon seeing the post Bahati shared; “Best Mummy ️,”.

In a separate post, Bahati also wished his son Morgan all the best as he goes back to school.

“2nd Slide… I have Started to Look upto @Morgan_Bahati ? I wish My Son Success as leaves to School. Let me See Something; Were you in BOARDING or DAY SCHOOL??? ?,” Bahati wrote.

The Ministry Of Education through CS Julius Migos Ogamba said that the Term One of 2025 will have 13 weeks, with 5 days for mid-term break.

All schools were expected to re-open for the new term on Monday, 6th January 2025.

“Following the end of the Christmas and New Year festivities, basic education institutions are shortly set to commence the 2025 Academic Year. This statement highlights the following key issues as we embark on the new Academic Year,” the statement said in part.

“The Ministry's field officers, under the guidance of the Regional Directors of Education and the County Directors of Education, will monitor adherence to the academic calendar,”.

The pioneer cohort of the Competency-Based Curriculum will transition to Grade 9 this Term.
