Ruto arrives at Uhuru Gardens for Jamhuri Day

President William Ruto has arrived at the Uhuru Gardens for the Jamhuri Day Celebrations.

Ruto was welcomed was received by his deputy Kithure Kindiki.

First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto arrived shortly before President Ruto.

Following his arrival, as is tradition, he inspected the guard of honour while flanked by Chief of Defence Forces General Charles Kahariri.

The ceremony has seen several dignitaries attend.

Gambia's President Adama Barrow is also present at the celebrations.

Barrow arrived in the country on Wednesday evening and was received by Prime CS Musalia Mudavadi and mining CS Ali Hassan Joho.
