President William Ruto on Thursday launched the Cardiothoracic Centre at Twenek Mission Hospital in Bomet County.

This is seen as a monumental step towards improving cardiovascular health in Kenya.

The facility will be instrumental in addressing the pressing issue of cardiovascular diseases, which are a leading cause of death in our country.
