The Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) has announced power interruptions in several parts of the country on Wednesday, the 10th.

In a statement released on Tuesday evening, the company mentioned that the power interruptions is due to maintenance work that will be carried out on the power stations.

Nairobi County: Area

Time: 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

Affected Areas: Pangani Shopping Centre, Algoid Road, Chai Road, Jubilee House, Parts of Parklands Road, Ojijo Road, Shivachi Road, Maratha Road, MP Shah Hospital, parts of Mpaka Road, Maua Close, Morven Pack Hotel, Victoria Courts, IVREA Sisters, Mayfair Casino, Lotto's Inn, One West Park, West Point Building, Total Parklands, Parklands Police Station, Crown Paints, and adjacent customers.

Tharaka Nithi County:

Time: 8:30 A.M. - 5:30 P.M.

Affected Areas: Mikuu, Gituntu, Ntuibu, Kindu, Ngaita Girls, and adjacent customers.

Kisumu County: Area: 

Time: 9:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Affected Areas: Chiga Market, Wilder, Nyamonge School, Kasese, Kalusi, Kochieng Center, Masawa, Obumba, Aloo Umbi Secondary, and adjacent customers.
