Detectives have arrested a second suspect in the murder of lawyer Kyalo Mbobu, as investigations into his fatal shooting intensify. Nicholas Lemiso was arrested in Nairobi’s CBD and is alleged to have ferried the main suspect, Police Constable Julius Cheruiyot, to and from the scene of the September 9th 2025 murder. Both suspects are in custody as detectives pursue additional leads.
