In the girls category, it will be a battle of former champions when Nyakach Girls' and Lwak Girls' meet.

In the semi-finals, Nyakach beat Magina Girls' 4-2 on post-match penalties while Lwak defeated defending champions Kobala 1-0 in the other semi-final.

In netball, three-time champions Oyugi Ogango remains on course to lift their fourth consecutive title. They thrashed Sota SDA 78-19 to qualify for the final, where they face Asumbi Girls. Asumbi defeated Kobala 30-19.

In boys' volleyball, St Mary’s School Yala will meet Masara in Saturday’s final. Masara survived a late scare to beat Maseno School 3-2 (25-15, 25-22, 22-25, 23-25, 1715) while Yala Udira 3-0 (25-15, 25-20, 27-25).

New champions will be crowned in girls’ volleyball following the exit of Nyakongo Girls. Nyakach Girls will face St Cecilia Aluor in the final. In the semis, Nyakach beat Nyakongo Girls 3-2 (25-23, 23-25, 25-17, 18-25, 15-13) while Aluor Girls saw off Asumbi Girls 3-0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-15)

In basketball 3x3, Ringa Boys ended Agoro Sare’s dominance after beating them 14-13 in a closely contested quarter final. Ringa Boys will now meet Maseno School in the semi finals. Maseno School beat Kisumu Boys 16-2 in a Kisumu County derby.

Defending champions St Mary’s Yala also advanced to the semi final after a 16-10 win over rivals Sawagongo. Yala will play St Joseph’s Rapogi in the semi finals.

New champions will be crowned in the girls’ category following the elimination of regional and Federation of East Africa Schools Sports Association champions Ng’iya Girls. Ng’iya lost 10-8 to Barchando in a competition marked by upsets. Barchando will face off with Asumbi Girls in the semi finals. Asumbi beat Nyngajo 18-12.

Katolo Girls upset Nyakach Girls 13-4 to qualify for the semifinals, against Tuk Jowi. Tuk Jowi beat Kadika Girls 10-8 to advance.
