Cars Kenya has become the first vehicle importation firm in the country to be awarded the globally recognized ISO 9001 Certification.

The certification places the company among a select group of organisations worldwide that meet stringent international standards for quality management systems and customer satisfaction.

It also signals a shift toward greater accountability and professionalism in a sector that has often faced concerns over transparency and reliability.

The ISO 9001 certification process involves comprehensive audits and strict adherence to global best practices, ensuring that an organization’s systems, operational processes, and customer engagement frameworks consistently meet international benchmarks.

Speaking on the achievement, Cars Kenya Managing Director Sammy Wanjema said the certification underscores the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality services.
