The showroom, unveiled on February 11, 2026, marks the company’s expansion into Kenya as part of its strategy to build a strong international presence in markets that value design excellence, durability, and long-term performance.
The move follows Fenesta’s recent expansion into Ghana and Sri Lanka, further strengthening its global footprint.
With over two decades of expertise in fenestration solutions, Fenesta has focused on addressing the evolving needs of modern architecture. The company says its products balance aesthetics, functionality, and reliability.
The Nairobi showroom displays Fenesta’s key portfolio. These include uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, solid panel doors, and façade solutions. The products are designed to perform across varied climatic conditions while meeting contemporary architectural requirements.
The showroom has been conceived as an experience-led space. It allows architects, developers, and homeowners to engage closely with Fenesta’s design philosophy, material quality, and system performance.
Visitors can explore how fenestration solutions contribute to comfort, energy efficiency, and the long-term performance of buildings while complementing modern architectural styles.
Through the expansion, Fenesta is introducing its integrated approach to the East African market. This covers design consultation, manufacturing precision, and installation excellence.
The end-to-end capability is aimed at supporting informed specification and execution decisions to ensure consistency, reliability, and quality across projects.
The Nairobi showroom is operated in partnership with Neoplan Limited.
It also features complementary offerings such as premium security doors and interior solutions, creating a consolidated destination for modern building and lifestyle needs in the city
Arch. Kagwanja Thuo, Managing Director of Neoplan Kenya, said the timing of Fenesta’s entry aligns with changes in the local construction sector.
“Kenya’s construction and property development sector is maturing rapidly, with developers and homeowners demanding higher standards of design, durability, and long-term value," he said.
"Fenesta’s entry into the market comes at the right time; bringing globally benchmarked fenestration solutions that respond to local climatic conditions while supporting better building performance, energy efficiency, and architectural expression across residential and commercial projects,” he said.
Fenesta Business Head Saket Jain said the company sees strong potential in the region.
“As the East African region continues to grow and modernise, the demand for high-performance building solutions is becoming increasingly critical. Fenesta’s expansion into Kenya reflects our confidence in the region’s architectural evolution and our commitment to introducing globally benchmarked windows and doors that elevate standards of design and long-term performance," he said.
"We see this as the beginning of a sustained engagement with the region—working closely with architects, developers, and homeowners to raise benchmarks in quality, reliability, and execution."
Fenesta operates through a network of over 400 dealers across India and has a growing international presence in Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Ghana, and now Kenya.
The company says it remains focused on innovation, quality, and service excellence as it expands globally.
