
PwC has appointed Kang’e Saiti as Regional Senior Partner (RSP) for Eastern Africa and Country Senior Partner (CSP) for PwC Kenya, effective 1 January 2026.
He succeeds Peter Ngahu, who led the firm’s operations in the region and in Kenya for eight years.
Kang’e, based in Nairobi, has over 28 years of experience in audit and assurance across Eastern Africa and the United Kingdom. He previously served as Assurance Leader for Kenya and Eastern Africa, overseeing service innovation and professional standards within the firm.
In a statement, Kang’e expressed gratitude to his predecessor, highlighting the milestones achieved under Ngahu’s leadership, including navigating challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
He outlined his vision for PwC Eastern Africa, emphasizing innovation and partnerships.
In his dual role, Kang’e will oversee PwC’s strategic direction and operations across six countries: Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zambia, and Mauritius.
Kang’e holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Nairobi and is a Certified Public Accountant in Kenya (CPA-K).
He has also held leadership roles at the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). Outside of work, he enjoys golf, football, and chess.
