She panned across the tray bearing lots of small fish, better known as omena.

“When your house manager comes back from the lakeside and returns with evidence. She brought me Adel and Fulu,” she captioned.

“She also brought Aliya… eish, my God, my house manager for me…” Amber added on another set of clips, flaunting both dried and fresh fish in a bucket with water.

Chicken for the Household

One of the highlights of the homecoming was the arrival of local chicken. In the video, Amber Ray points out the "kuku" (chicken) that was brought back as she was taking her daughter, Africanah, around the compound.

The gifts are described as good. The household appeared to be in high spirits as they inspected the various items brought from upcountry.

The Honest Little Critic

The most humorous moment of the exchange involved her child. She was asked to look at the items brought back in a bucket, and she confirmed that their house manager had brought lots of fish.

"Hiyo nini ameleta iko kwa ndoo?” Amber asked her to which she replied, “Ni fish, mbaya."

Amber Ray reacted with surprise and laughter to the child's blunt assessment. She asked why the child thought the fish looked that way. This interaction provided a light-hearted end to the "unboxing" of the lakeside gifts.
