Well, this column is informed that more than 400 junior police officers attached to the government’s multibillion-shilling project are crying foul after their allowances were supposedly slashed by Sh7,000 by their bosses in the service.

Ironically, the senior police officers reportedly “eating” their juniors’ monies, are paid their allowances and enjoy all the trappings of power that go with their positions.
