The Anti-Doping Agency of Kenya has announced a major recruitment drive, unveiling 95 job opportunities across four key positions as part of its effort to strengthen Kenya’s anti-doping programme.

ADAK's core mandate is to “protect athletes’ fundamental rights to participate in doping-free sport and thus promoting good health, fairness and equality for athletes in Kenya.”
The positions, which will be filled on an on-need basis, include Doping Control Officers, Anti-Doping Educators, Blood Collection Officers and Chaperones.
All appointments will be remunerated in line with ADAK’s approved finance policy and paid upon completion of assignment.
Under Vacancy No. ADAK/1/10/2025, the agency is seeking to recruit 35 Doping Control Officers.
These officers will be tasked with supporting ADAK’s core operations in ensuring compliance with anti-doping procedures during sporting events and related activities.
Vacancy No. ADAK/2/10/2025 invites applications for 20 Anti-Doping Educator positions.
The successful candidates will help promote awareness and understanding of anti-doping regulations among athletes and sports personnel, contributing to the broader education and prevention efforts led by the agency.
For Vacancy No. ADAK/3/10/2025, the agency is looking to hire 10 Blood Collection Officers who will play a vital role in the scientific aspect of doping control.
Like other positions, this role will be engagement-based, with payment processed after task completion in accordance with ADAK’s Finance Policy.
The final category, Vacancy No. ADAK/4/10/2025, seeks 30 Chaperones who will assist in athlete notification and sample collection procedures, ensuring that all processes adhere to international anti-doping standards.

Applicants must also meet the integrity standards outlined in Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (2010).
This includes obtaining up-to-date clearance certificates from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Directorate of Criminal Investigation (Good Conduct) and Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
